2. Delivery Information

• Door-to-door delivery throughout Morocco
• No additional delivery charges
• Delivery time arranged with local agent
• Processing time: Within 24 hours of payment

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive:

• Order reference number
• Local agent's contact information
• Delivery status updates

4. Problem Resolution

For Delivery Issues:

• Alternative delivery time arrangement available
• Full refund if delivery cannot be completed
• Refunds processed through PayPal within 5 business days

5. Returns

• Return pickup arranged one day before rental end
• Return confirmation provided
• PayPal dispute resolution available if needed
